Touqeer Ahmed

Touqeer Ahmed, the CEO of Corporate Brilliance Global, is a distinguished expert in finance, tax, and corporate law, with over two decades of exemplary experience. Under his visionary leadership, Corporate Brilliance Global has become a trusted name in providing comprehensive business solutions, ranging from tax consultancy and financial management to legal advisory and corporate compliance. Touqeer has achieved remarkable milestones throughout his career, having successfully resolved over 1,000 tax cases and facilitated more than PKR 200 billion in tax rebates, delivering exceptional value to clients across industries.
His expertise spans taxation, corporate advisory, assurance services, and accounting solutions, making him a cornerstone in guiding businesses towards sustainable growth and compliance with local and international regulatory standards. Faisal Masood Afzal
Executive Director
Faisal Masood Afzal, is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, and presently working as Executive Director heading assurance, financial advisory and business consulting verticals..
He has a post qualification experience spanning over 20 years. He held “C” level positions in wide range of sectors including textiles, allied engineering, trading, and service sector organizations. During the period, he demonstrated leading role at finance function and played an instrumental protagonist in strategic management to build teams, initiate startups, raise SMEs to large enterprises and transform loss making companies into profitable organizations. He has been a principal guide in leading international business negotiations, mergers & acquisitions and establishing foreign partnerships.
He is a passionate trustworthy professional with diversified experience in finance function, strategic & operational management, business planning, supply chain management, business process re-engineering, and systems transformation. His accomplished strengths comprise entrepreneurship, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with variety of people with diverse regional and ethnic backgrounds.
He is also a member various accounting bodies and tax bar associations. He is a founder member & mentor of Chartered Accountants Toastmasters Club, Lahore, which forms part of an international organization for the promotion of public speaking and leadership skills. He has also been certified as Competent Communicator by Toastmasters International, USA. He has also worked for different companies like Sitara Textile Pakistan, Zahid Jee Textile, and Varioline Intercool Pakistan.
Saad Athar
Executive Director
Saad Athar is a seasoned Economic Development and Policy Communication Expert with over a decade of transformative experience collaborating with international donor organizations, multilateral banks, government agencies, and multinational corporations. His core expertise spans strategic communications, investment promotion, public policy, program architecture, strategy development, and gender inclusion. Saad has spearheaded high-impact initiatives across diverse sectors, including TVET, education, economic development, family planning, environment, social safeguards, and digital transformation.
Throughout his career, Saad has successfully partnered with prestigious organizations such as USAID, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Chemonics International, British Council, GIZ, UNFPA, the Federal Government of Pakistan, and the Government of Punjab. Notable contributions in Investment Promotion include leading the development of the Punjab Investment, Trade & Promotion Strategy 2022–2025, updating the Pakistan Investment Guide, and creating bespoke Investor Packs for Punjab, Sindh, and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB). He is currently collaborating with UNIDO to advance investor promotion and outreach efforts for local and foreign investments in two UN Ramsar sites in Sindh. He has arranged over 100+ high profile events for President, Prime Minister, CM and donor agencies including META Facebook. He has been involved in Dubai Expo Pakistan Pavillion for Punjab Month as focal person for TEVTA and was instrumental for various sessions with attendance from notables such as ADB Country Head Pakistan as well as prominent startups such as Bazaar and International Startups such as Rinstra as well as prepared TVET startups for Startup Grind Pitch deck in Dubai as well various high profile MoUs including with Google, Oracle, SAP and ERP. He is currently underway for outreach support for two investment conferences in Sindh.
Saad’s contributions have been widely recognized; he was honored by Pakistan Television (PTV) as a National Hero during the nation’s 75th Independence Day celebrations and acknowledged as an Emerging Leader in South Asia by Atlas Corps USA.
Shakeel Ahmad

Shakeel is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, having completed his compulsory training from Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC). He also holds Certificate in Operation Risk Management (CORM) from Institute of Risk Management (IRM) UK. He brings with him post qualification experience that spans over 15 years. He has spent his career working in UK which predominantly covers the financial services sector with top tier banks covering Investment banks, Corporate banks, Commercial banks and Insurance. He has held various senior positions in advisor capacity and also as project lead. He specialises in the domain of Risk and Control with key expertise in Audit assurance, Implementation of control frameworks, Financial & regulatory compliance, Sox Assurance, Conduct Risk, Process improvement solutions, Operational Risk framework and Non-Financial Risk.
Atif Ali Tariq

Atif is a senior business Professional with over 20 years of experience in the fields of banking and finance, credit and risk management, business development, and media. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from LSE. Throughout his career, Atif has demonstrated expertise across diverse sectors, including construction, real estate, infrastructure, education, technology, media, telecommunications, manufacturing, and private equity. His extensive experience in these areas has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities. For the past 15 years, Atif has been based in KSA, where he has held several senior positions in advisory and C-level capacities. He has a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional results. His expertise and insights have been instrumental in helping organizations navigate complex business challenges and achieve their strategic objectives.
